UTITSL invites online applications for the Permanent Account Number (PAN) card. Interested Indian citizens can create a new PAN card, make corrections to an existing PAN card, or update their details. Please read the full information and apply online.

  • Indian Citizen All Category: ₹107/-
  • Indian Citizen Resident Abroad: ₹989/-
  • Pay the registration fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or Offline.

Fill New PAN Card Online Form

  • Open Online Application Form
  • Choose the Category: Individual, Army, Navy, Airforce, Company, Partner, Firm
  • Enter your basic details (e.g., Name, Father's Name, DOB, Address, Mobile No, Email ID)
  • Click on Declaration and Submit PAN Card Form 2017
  • Pay the registration fee and note/print your Acknowledgement Number for future reference
